Zoe Piper, The Internet And Everything

Archive for the ‘ chuckle brothers ’ Category

This is by no means a regular feature, but simply because I haven’t looked at my Analytics for so long I thought I’d share some of the weirdest search terms Piggynap got in the last month.

The Chuckle Brothers are a very popular traffic source, with such keywords as:

“chuckle brothers father and son sex show”

and

“is barry chuckle really dead”

“directgov crap” gives us an insight into the impotent rage one person feels against government websites.

I get a noticeable amount of traffic for “mrs robinson jokes” which baffles me, because I can’t remember ever posting about Mrs. Robinson, or jokes.

People still have opinions on the student loan company…

“sudent loans company is shit”

“student loans company are useless”

“student loans company lost payments”

My favourite search term of the month has to be “zoe is a chuckle brother”. HOW DID THEY KNOW?!

Paul’s got a bootleg copy of photoshop open and Barry is hard at work creating some fancy javascript action – that’s right folks, the chuckle brothers are getting a new website! I thought the old one was fab but don’t worry, you can still visit it here.

The new website may or may not feature premium content from the boys.

“Sandra’s love of the Chuckle Brothers led her to get them tattooed on her back in 1996. Director Jan de Bont was furious as several key scenes in “Speed 2: Cruise Control” had to be digitally edited to remove all trace of the UK comedy giants’ faces, and since then Sandra has used body doubles for almost all her scenes, even when clothed.”

The Chuckle Brothers

Fantastic News!

If you’d like to see Britain’s best loved comedy duo LIVE, now’s your chance!

The world famous Chuckle Brothers have announced their 2009 tour dates, including shows in Sheffield, York and Scarborough.

I for one would love to see them in York on the 15th Feb but funds, alas, don’t permit this extravagance. On that day I’ll be at home, darning socks and putting another piece of the sideboard on the fire ready to cook the scraps I managed to scravenge from next door’s bin.

If you’re more solvent than I am, grab your tickets before they sell out! This show promises to be an awesome and entertaining medley of action, drama and humour!
